Organizational Excellence
Food Elite Program Management
The DM Food Elite Program aimed to identify and recognize outstanding organizations in the food industry that adhered to the highest standards of food safety, nutrition, environmental sustainability, social responsibility, innovation, and digitalization.
INTELLECX Consultancy Solutions managed the program, ensuring a structured and transparent process. The project scope included selecting and training a team of expert assessors, conducting a detailed review of up to 300 submissions, shortlisting 60 applicants, and further narrowing them down through virtual interviews to 30 site visits. The assessment process was based on well-defined evaluation criteria, including category-specific scoring guidelines and automated assessment tools. INTELLECX also developed and maintained the award website and evaluation platform, ensuring content accuracy, applicant support, and regular updates. Additionally, the consultancy established a robust communication plan, managed daily interactions with applicants, and executed at least four online awareness campaigns. The program culminated in the jury review and approval phase, where three qualified jury members evaluated the final assessment reports to determine the winners.
Throughout the project, INTELLECX ensured effective stakeholder engagement, promotional material evaluation, and transparent execution, delivering comprehensive reports, assessment results, and improvement recommendations for future award cycles.

Process Management
Business Process Standardization and Optimization.
The project successfully fulfilled the Dubai Executive Council’s (TEC) requirements for process standardization and policy development. TEC sought to enhance governance, efficiency, and compliance by updating its process manual for core business units. To achieve this, an in-depth documentation review and process mapping workshops were conducted with key stakeholders to capture and validate existing workflows. A comprehensive gap analysis was performed to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for optimization, followed by benchmarking against global best practices.
Based on TEC’s need for structured governance, standardized procedures were developed to ensure consistency across departments. These were compiled into a comprehensive manual that aligned with TEC’s internal policies and external regulatory frameworks. An integration agenda was also designed to facilitate the seamless adoption of these procedures across various business units.

Risk and Business Continuity
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
TEC aimed to strengthen its risk assessment processes, update risk registers, and integrate future risk considerations into its strategic decision-making. To achieve this, a comprehensive risk assessment review was conducted, involving an in-depth analysis of existing risk registers, classification of business units using a heat map, and identification of emerging risks. A maturity assessment of TEC’s ERM framework was also performed to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Based on TEC’s need for structured risk governance, an updated risk assessment methodology was developed, incorporating key governance components such as risk appetite, tolerance levels, and oversight responsibilities. These enhancements were documented in a standardized ERM framework aligned with TEC’s internal policies and external audit requirements. A business continuity framework was also designed to ensure TEC’s preparedness for potential disruptions, reinforcing its commitment to proactive risk management.
This initiative reinforced TEC’s commitment to risk-aware decision-making and positioned it as a leader in government risk management and operational excellence.

Management Systems
Almarai Quality Management Standard AQMS
The project involves the review and update of Almarai Quality Management Standard (AQMS) to enhance food safety, quality, and environmental management. Intellecx Solutions followed a structured methodology that includes assessing existing materials, identifying gaps, drafting an improved framework, validating with Almarai’s corporate quality team, and finalizing the AQMS document. The result was a comprehensive manual that serves as a clear roadmap for managing food safety, quality, and environmental practices within Almarai.
